High Tide With my work I try to explain how it feels when you stand by the water, the Eastern Scheldt. That you see the big black basalt blocks coloring, the water reflecting, and the moments when that keeps changing will never be the same again. It shows itself. It waits for me....the intense colors, the primal shapes of stone, the mudflats, sand, water, clay, the sounds, tides and colors.
