Artwork description: Immersing myself in childhood as an ephemeral stage of being, I build a new, more
mature relationship with it. By reconstructing past moments, I view them through the eyes of
an adult, framed by memory and nostalgia, in an attempt to rejuvenate the gradually fading
world of childhood. I identify universal, recognizable objects that activate the subconscious
and encourage a dialogue between the viewer and their own childhood. My jewellery
collection is an interpretation of a nostalgic childhood, with childhood – favorite candies
embodying symbols that become a source of inspiration. In exploring the textures and
properties of glass material, I have created objects that emotionally resonate, remind us of the
past, and invite the viewer to dive back into their childhood experiences. The creative process,
transforming candy shapes into wearable art, reveals my connection with childhood and my
perspective on the temporality of this stage. A warning to the viewer – observe the collection
very carefully – these pieces are meant for your eyes, not your stomach!
