Artwork description: There is a false certainty, some kind of myth... I take as a myth an untruth about something; commonly acknowledged assertion. It is deemed that transparency of glass explains why we omit it so easily, like there would be nothing there; walk into it, knock it over, smash it. Still, so many attributes belong with this material: sharpness, high temperature, optical illusions, fragility and at the same time stiffness. Some of them are often dangerous for people. So, why do we ignore clear glass?
That question became an impulse to create the series of 9 objects, accompanied by the video clips. I made this installation to show that glass like other materials, or even more deserves to be seen. I expose my sculptures to the environmental conditions; rain, street lights etc. showing its present. I play with the recipient using the terms of absurd and humor.
