Artwork description: This work is about identity and more particular the influence of memories on someones personality. Sharing memories is very often a topic of interaction in a group of people. It is a part of what connects us. Memories become stories, stories we share with others, in conversations and on social media. What you see of someones personality is just a tiny piece, there are so many layers underneath. With this artwork, I want to invite people to conversation. The images are my story but particular elements of it can mean something as well to someone else. Seeing someone else's museum of memories in their houses, their offices helps me to discover and connect on a deeper level with a person.
