Artwork description: "Force of Nature" has to do with the fascination of whole fields full of flowers that has always remained. But those flowers are disappearing. With my work I try to draw attention to the natural beauty of flowers and the possibilities that the earth has in it. The bulb is a symbol of the power and survival drive of nature: There are the flowers in the open air on the outside and in a cave (inside) where they have made their way through the cracks of the rock in order to be able to bloom, to drop their seeds that will germinate into new life. The sphere that represents a cave / rock is made of thick pâte de verre while the flowers should give a fragile impression also of the same technique but then made very thin.
