Artwork description long: Constructed Reality is a series of glass sculptures exploring the relationship between space, light, and human perception. The works are rooted in the recognition that our perception of reality is always dependent on perspective: the appearance of an object continuously changes according to the viewer’s position and point of observation. The optical qualities of glass its transparency, refraction, and reflection provide the basis for translating this instability into sculptural form. Through the layering and precise arrangement of transparent glass elements, the works create shifting visual relationships that change as the viewer moves around them. Forms appear, overlap, disappear, or transform depending on the angle of observation and the interaction of light with the material. The sculptures therefore do not offer a single, fixed image or interpretation. Instead, they construct a constantly changing visual experience in which perception becomes an active part of the work. The title Constructed Reality refers to this process: what we perceive is never entirely objective, but is continuously shaped, filtered, and reconstructed through our position, our surroundings, and the conditions of seeing.
