Artwork description: Anti memotial of tiers is three-dimensional sculptural object suspended from the ceiling. Aime of the work is to explore art as a means of transforming various inner experiences and traumas through the concepts of memorials, anti-memorials, and self-portraiture— placing at the center the idea that every individual’s inner world and personal experiences are meaningful. The effort to transform and express them through art can support others in a similar process of change. Central element is the tear—as a symbol and material representation of trauma and emotional experience. Through the creation process, the author simultaneously transforms their inner world—similar to writing a diary—by forming each tear as a dedication to specific events. Goal was to make interactional object where you can go in the middle, esxpierenc sound, space and your own feelings, but thereby creating a space for meditation, contemplation, and ritual for emotional healing. But due to first exhibitions expierence with children and not so careful visitors, i realised that i would need different kind of construction for everyone to interact and also keep artwork safe. But it doesnt loose its magic of miracle and moovement, chance to contemplate life while looking from outside.
