Artwork description: "The search of pink" is a series of four minimalistic glass pieces. Pink color evokes opposite emotions and meanings to people. First, it was a boys' color, then it became associated with femininity. Pink is a color that can also have different effects on our emotions: it can make us think about love or even passion, childhood, innocence or nostalgia. The psychology behind the color of pink is that it has a calming effect on a person's mood, but as every color to a person individually, it can have a different effect based on personal experiences: a person who is drawn to pink will have positive memories or feelings while looking at the color, oppositely for those who has negative associations. Working with this project I experimented with shades of pink color, and I experimented to get the most aesthetically pleasing result with various emotional effects for the audience.
