I am a graduate of the Józef Pankiewicz State High School of Fine Arts in Katowice with a degree in sculpture techniques, specializing in woodcarving, under the supervision of an excellent sculptor, Professor Wojciech Grzywaczyk - a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. Since 2018, I am a student at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, at the Faculty of Art and Glass Design, in the Department of Glass.
In 2020, I defended my bachelor's degree in applied glass in the studio of Beata Mak-Sobota, PhD, Prof. of the Academy of Fine Arts, and in art glass in the studio of Glass in Architecture, under the supervision of prominent visual artist Ryszard Więckowski, PhD. In July, I defended my master's degree.
In July this year, I defended my master's thesis in the field of utility glass, entitled "Plantarium - treatment with greenery" and in the field of artistic glass, entitled "Between the lines".
In June 2022, I won the first place and the award of the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts. Eugeniusz Geppert in Wrocław prof. Wojciech Pukocz, for the implementation of an original project as part of the Glass Display Case 2022 competition, organized as part of the European Glass Festival. The project was a glass multi-element, illuminated installation suspended in space, harmonizing with the plant surroundings of the flower shop, made in the stained glass and slamping technique. Over the last academic year, I also worked under the supervision of an outstanding glass artist and educator, Matthew Szosz, who is known for his innovative techniques and creative use of the glass material for research and experiments in this field. He lectured, among others, at the Virginia Commonwealth University, the University of Washington, the University of Hawai'i, the Academy of Fine Arts. Eugeniusz Geppert in Poland, Pilchuck Glass School, Penland School of Crafts and Bildwerk Frauenau.
