Magdalena Zarychta

Magdalena Zarychta graduated from the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław in 1999. She completed a diploma in artistic and utility glass design in Prof. Kazimierz Pawlak’s studio and an annex in painting in Prof. Andrzej Klimczak-Dobrzaniecki’s studio. As part of the grant from the Ministry of Culture and Art, she also studied in Israel at the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass Design at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. She completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, majoring in culture management and postgraduate studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice, at the Faculty of Social Sciences “Management of a non-governmental organization in the European Union.” Her works have been presented at numerous collective and individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad and are in private collections in Poland, France, and the USA. She is the president of the WyspArt Foundation, which she founded in 2007, where she conducts activities in art and artistic education. She works with artistic and decorative glass, glazing, and traditional stained glass, as well as photography and painting.
