Dace Mola (Riga, Latvia, 1974) In 2010, she graduated from the Department of Art and Design of Tresham College, Kettering, England. In 2020, he graduated from the Glass Art Department of the Latvian Academy of Arts with a bachelor's degree and in 2022 with a master's degree. Since 2009, she has participated in several group and personal exhibitions in Latvia and England. In 2020, as part of the Erasmus program, she studied glass art in Slovakia, at The Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava. Currently working at Baldone Art School as a teacher of drawing, painting and glass art. D. Mola feels glass as a particularly expressive material to talk about intangible feelings, sensations and thoughts through it. This material reveals not only the external form, but also the content itself. During the studies, various glass processing techniques were also examined, from all inspired and fascinated the painting of glass.
