Özge Barış, born in 1997 in İzmir, Turkey. After completing her undergraduate degree in Ceramics and Glass Design at Dokuz Eylül University, she earned her Master’s degree in Glass from Anadolu University, Institute of Fine Arts. Currently based in İzmir, she works at Arkas Art Center while continuing her artistic practice in her personal studio, focusing primarily on glass art. Her artistic approach is shaped by everyday life and aims to raise social awareness through contemporary issues. In her recent works, she explores the experiences and visibility of individuals with dyslexia—an area that was also the focus of her Master’s thesis.
